The Atlantic Financial Inc. Home Improvement Division works directly with contractors to secure financing for their customers’ home improvement projects. We offer several different lending options to our current base of approved contractors. The loans range from 90 to 180 day same as cash payment options, to 90 and 180 day deferral payments. Loan amounts are up to $30,000 for unsecured. For those customers that need to consolidate bills to afford their home improvement project, Atlantic Financial Inc. Mortgage Division has a wide variety of direct loan programs with rates that are very competitive.
